By accessing the Astronyvia digital ecosystem, you execute an agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. If you do not align with these technical and legal parameters, you are prohibited from further system interaction.
As a user of this infrastructure, you agree to adhere to the following conduct protocols:
Astronyvia owns all intellectual property rights for material hosted within this ecosystem. All rights are reserved under the Copyright Act, 2000 and Patents and Designs Act of Bangladesh. Reproduction of proprietary code, design patterns, or technical documentation is strictly prohibited.
The materials within Astronyvia's digital ecosystem are provided on an 'as is' basis. We provide no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding system fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party intellectual property.
In no event shall Astronyvia or its senior engineering layer be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our digital infrastructures, even if notified orally or in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from system use shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
